Privacy Policy

1. What this policy covers

This policy describes the public Noun marketing website. The previews on the homepage are demonstrations: they do not upload your media, run AI processing, or create live collaboration sessions.

The Noun extension, Telegram bot, account features, purchases, and connected processing services involve separate interactions. Review the information presented by those services before signing in, purchasing, or submitting content. This website policy does not describe all processing within those products.

2. Data involved in visiting the website

Loading the website sends ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, browser information, and requested URLs, to the hosting infrastructure. External resources also send connection information to the providers serving them.

The public homepage does not include an advertising tracker or analytics script in its application code. Interactions with its animated product previews run in your browser.

3. Cookies and browser storage

The privacy and terms notice uses local storage, rather than a cookie, to remember when you dismiss it. The entry noun.legal-notice.v1 stores the value “dismissed”; it does not contain your name, email address, or an advertising identifier.

This preference remains in that browser until its site data is cleared. You can remove it through your browser settings. If storage is unavailable, the notice still works, but may appear again on your next visit. The “Privacy & terms” control in the homepage footer lets you reopen it.

“Got it” and the close button dismiss an informational notice. They do not record agreement to the Terms of Service or permission for optional tracking.

4. External resources and links

The homepage loads fonts from Google Fonts, icons from unpkg, and animation libraries from cdnjs. Those providers receive network requests when their resources load and handle those requests under their own policies.

Links to Telegram take you to a separate service. If you choose to open or interact with a Telegram channel or bot, Telegram and the relevant service handle information associated with that interaction. Review Telegram’s privacy policy before sharing information there.

5. Noun AI support chat

Noun AI is an optional AI support assistant. When you send a message or select a suggested question, your text and a limited amount of recent conversation are sent through our server to OpenRouter and the selected AI model provider to generate a reply. Do not include passwords, login codes, API keys, full payment details, or other sensitive information.

The conversation stays in memory in your current browser tab and is cleared when you reload the page or choose New chat. Our application does not save chat transcripts in a server database. Requests are processed by our hosting and AI providers under their own policies; this is not a promise that those providers keep no records.

To limit spam and usage, our server derives a keyed hash from the connection IP address. Upstash stores this hash with message counters, timing information, and a hash of the last question. These entries expire about 62 minutes after the latest activity. An aggregate daily request counter expires after 24 hours. We do not send your raw IP address to the AI model as part of the chat prompt.

The browser entry noun.ai.cooldown.v1 stores only the next allowed send time, so a timeout can continue across tabs and page reloads. It contains no chat text and remains until overwritten or cleared through browser settings.

6. Questions and requests

For questions about Noun or to ask how to submit a privacy request, use the official Noun Telegram channel to find the team’s current contact information. Avoid posting personal or sensitive information publicly.

Depending on where you live and the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to contact your local data protection authority.

7. Updates

This page may be updated as the website changes. The date above identifies the latest revision.
